I'm not big on trumpeting the films I plan to spotlight in my upcoming Movie Moment columns. But as some of my friends know, I'm willing to give out hints. So as an experiment, I'll post a hint about this week's column on the blog. I figure this is as good a way as any to see who's reading and following these things. And just to show what I nice guy I am, I'll even make it easy. Here goes:
Dressed like Little Red Riding Hood.
Just post your answers in the comments. Let's see how long this takes...

Heh - that just makes me think of the song "Little Red Riding Hood", and THAT always instantly makes me think of "The Midnight Hour", one of my favorite cheeseball horror/comedies from when I was a kid!
Sorry to rain on your childhood, but no dice.
Don't Look Now?
Ding ding ding!
Oh sure, go with the CLASSY choice!
Well, I try to keep the Movie Moments socially edifying. However, it appears that you missed our spotlight on Tom "Thrill Me" Atkins a few weeks ago. Surely that's worth SOMETHING.
Does it say something about my tastes (or lack of) that my first thought was not Don't Look Now but Freeway? (Maybe because I haven't seen Don't Look Now. I know, I know...)
Ha, yeah I gotta check out that Tom Atkins spotlight.
And no, there's nothing wrong with thinking of "Freeway", because that's a damn fine film. Back when Reese Witherspoon was still edgy and interesting.
